Plastic Recycling Equipment in Thailand

The plastic recycling line with single screw offers low yield and high energy consumption, as it does not meet the actual demands of customer from plastic processing industry. In 2024, a Thai customer, mainly engaged in plastic recycling, contacted HaoSu. This customer had used single screw plastic recycling equipment with a yield of 200-300kg/h. And he wanted us to customize a plastic granulator line with a twin screw extruder with an output of 800-1000kg/h. After learning their basic information and requirements, we designed the plastic granulator line with twin screw extruder for this customer.

After being put into service, this plastic granulator line with twin screw extruder ran stably, with an output 2-3 times higher than single screw plastic recycling equipment. This greatly increases the effectiveness of the customer’s operation.
