HaoSu has a group of experienced designers and technical personnel specializing in plastic recycling plant machines. Gear shaft
Gear shaft is made by high-strength alloy steel and undergoes carburizing and quenching and gear grinding. The gear has a precision of GB10095-88.6 and a hardness of HRC54-62.

Screw
Adopting 38CrMoA1A material and treated 72-hour nitriding at high temperature, its nitriding hardness is HV850-950 and depth is 0.5-0.7mm.

Stencil
Stencil (filter plate) adopts carburizing heat treatment to have a hardness of 50-55 and is machined by CNC.
The filter plate has much more holes per unit area for better filtration effect.

Rotor cutter
It adopts beveled carbide tooth cutter with large angle of tool edge. The cutting noise is low.

CNC gantry machining center is applied for finishing some accessories like cutting, milling, drilling, etc. -

CNC deep-hole boring machine is boring inner holes on the machine barrel -

CNC flat grinder is applied to grind the junction section of the die

Hardness test
hardness scale is used to test the hardness of screw and filter plate.

Size measurement
use the micrometer to measure the outer diameter of the screw and the dial indicator for its inner diameter.

Customers provide the raw material and output information for plastic recycling. HaoSu recommend the suitable plastic recycling line for customers according requirements. - Second step
