- Plastic Recycling Equipment in Thailand
- The plastic recycling line with single screw offers low yield and high energy consumption, as it does not meet the actual demands of customer from plastic processing industry. In 2016, a Thai customer, mainly engaged in plastic recycling, contacted HaoSu. This customer had used single screw plastic recycling equipment with a yield of 200kg/h-300kg/h. And he wanted us to customize a plastic granulator line with a twin screw extruder with an output of 500-600kg/h.

- Plastic Extrusion Granulator in Vietnam
- On April 10, 2017, a Vietnamese client specializing in plastic recycling, ordered one of our plastic extrusion granulators to recycle LDPE packaging film and PP woven bags. This client presented us with a drawing of their factory and required a process configuration from recycling plastic shredding and cutting to plastic granulating.

- Plastic Recycling Granulator in Japan
- Through the introduction of an old customer, a customer from the plastic processing industry in Japan told us that he wanted to build a plastic recycling granulator on June 10, 2017. The customer wanted to produce ABS materials with an output of 300kg/h. Besides, the voltage in Japan is 200V. Considering that Japan plays more attention to environmental protection, the discharge of exhaust gas and waste water in workshop is forbidden.

- Plastic Recycling Plant in Laos
- Introduced by other customers, the manager Lee in Vientiane contacted us to discuss a plastic recycling plant. He wanted to process PP plastics with a yield of 500kg per hour. According to the material pictures provided by customer, HaoSu sent the onsite video of granulating with the same materials to him through WeChat. After watching the video, he visited our factory, signed the contract and ordered the PP plastic pellets production line.

- Plastic Granulator in Tanzania
- In March 2017, a customer occupied in plastic recycling in Tanzania contacted us and told us they required a plastic granulator to process waste plastic bottles into granules. The price needed to be affordable and following these requirements, HaoSu designed a water cooling extruder granulator line and sent the detailed solutions to him. The customer was very satisfied with the solutions and visited our factory in person to learn about our plastic extrusion granule line. He had great confidence in our equipment and capacity, signing the contract on the spot.

- Plastic Extruder Granulator in Spain
- A customer engaged in plastic recycling in Spain contacted HaoSu to customize a plastic extruder granulator for recycling waste plastic film into plastic granules in November 2017. Due to the high labor cost locally, he wanted the plastic granulating line with reduced manual operation and invited us to visit his factory. After understanding his demands, we sent technicians for a site visit. We found that the requirement of environmental protection for local factories is extremely high.
Our factory has over 30 sets of CNC lathes in the production of plastic processing equipment, such as feeding sawing machine, CNC gantry machining center, CNC screw milling machine, CNC deep-hole boring machine, and cylindrical grinder. Meanwhile, with the adoption of more technologies into plastic recycling, CAD/CAM continues to grow in importance. Thus during the whole manufacturing process, our experienced engineers and technicians utilize CAD/CAM engineering approaches to optimize the entire operation.
