Yunnan Dianrun Water Saving Equipment Manufacturing Company is a large-scale agricultural drip irrigation tape manufacturer that generates a considerable volume of production waste during daily operations. During production, a considerable volume of defective drip tapes, edge trims, and runner waste is generated. These materials occupied valuable storage space and increased overall production costs.

Dianrun partnered with HS Machinery and installed an integrated recycling and pelletizing system for drip irrigation tape waste. The equipment enables on-site recycling of defective materials and converts them into clean PE recycled pellets for reuse. This closed-loop approach reduces reliance on virgin raw materials and improves material utilization. The system is designed to match the characteristics of drip irrigation tape, offering stable output and easy operation, and can be directly integrated into the existing production process.

The solution helped Dianrun reduce waste accumulation and lower raw material costs. More than 500 tons of scrap material are recycled annually, generating significant cost savings and improving overall profitability.
