Challenge

Yunnan Zhaohan Industry & Trade Company was facing two challenges at the same time. Labor costs were rising, and product competition was becoming more intense. They needed to improve production efficiency while increasing product value, especially for multilayer film products.

Solution

HS Machinery provided a customized upgrade solution centered around two core systems:

  • ABA Three-Layer Co-Extrusion Blown Film Line
    A single machine produces multilayer composite film. The outer layers use high-quality raw material to ensure smooth surface and good printability. The middle layer can incorporate functional masterbatch or recycled material, helping reduce raw material cost while maintaining film performance.
  • Automatic Bag Making Machine
    This system completes unwinding, feeding, positioning, punching, sealing, cutting, counting, and stacking automatically. Only one operator is needed for material loading and finished bag collection, significantly reducing manual labor.

Result

After three months of operation, the improvement was clear:

  • One operator per shift can manage five blown film machines.
  • One operator per shift handles one bag making machine.
  • The blown film machine runs with PLC control, maintaining stable bubble formation.
  • The bag making machine reaches speeds of up to 400 pieces per minute (single channel).

Production capacity increased while labor requirements were reduced.
The client commented: “Our initial goal was to reduce labor. What we achieved was a full upgrade in efficiency and product quality.”
