Plastic Pelletizing Line for Blueberry Planting Pot Material

With the rapid growth of the blueberry planting industry, demand for specialized planting pots increased quickly. The key issue was how to produce plastic pellets that could meet strength and stability requirements while maintaining steady output.

Yunnan Sufa partnered with HS Machinery to develop a pelletizing line dedicated to blueberry pot material. HS Machinery designed a double-stage pelletizing system equipped with a self-cleaning melt filter and an extended L/D screw configuration. This setup improves melt stability and impurity removal, helping ensure consistent pellet quality. A single line achieved a daily output of 20 tons. As demand continued to grow, the customer later added two more double-stage lines, raising total daily capacity to 60 tons.

The project enabled stable supply of specialized pellets for blueberry pot production, significantly increasing output and strengthening the customer’s position in the agricultural materials market.
