Plastic Washing System

Once the sorting has been done, the plastic waste needs to be washed properly to remove impurities such as labels and adhesives. This enhances the quality of the finished product.

To guarantee material cleanliness, shredded materials will be washed in a waste plastic washing tank-also called a sink float tank. Our washing tank is welded using a steel plate to give it an excellent corrosion and rust resistant. A roller is laid over the sink float tank in order to automatically move materials forward inside the machine. After washing, large quantities of sludge are often left behind in the tank, which is why we installed a screw device on the bottom to automatically discharge sludge with no need for manual cleaning.

If customers want to build their own waste plastic washing tanks to save money, we also offer design drawings to create a tank that meets specific customer needs.
