Plastic Recycling Feeder
The forced feeder is used for soft, lightweight materials such as PP and PE films, woven bags, and similar crushed scrap. These materials are often fluffy and difficult to feed smoothly. The system provides steady, controlled feeding to the pelletizing machine and helps prevent bridging or unstable material flow.
Specifications
| Model | Power (kW) | Output Capacity (kg/h) |
| 3.7 | 200-250 | |
| 4 | 300-500 | |
| 5.5 | 500-850 |
Features
- Volumetric material feeding and controlled conveying.
- Feeding remains stable, helping maintain smooth downstream processing.
- The screw pre-compacts soft materials before feeding, reducing fluffiness and minimizing the risk of material arching or unstable intake.
- Feeding speed can be adjusted directly through the control panel.
- Suitable for flakes, granules, and crushed pieces. Unlike vacuum systems, there is less concern about material sticking inside pipelines.
- A PLC system monitors operation in real time and can adjust speed, trigger alarms, or stop the system automatically to protect the motor and screw mechanism.
The volumetric feeder is designed mainly for rigid crushed plastics. A motor drives the screw shaft to deliver material in a steady and measured way. This reduces the load on the extruder screw and helps lower energy consumption. Feeding speed can be adjusted based on the melting characteristics of different materials. Proper feeding allows the material to melt more evenly and supports better degassing during extrusion, contributing to stable pellet quality.
