VOC Removal System
During plastic pelletizing, additives and thermal processing can generate exhaust gases. During processing, the air released can contain volatile gases or VOCs like ethylene and propylene, as well as small traces of plastic dust. For workplace safety and environmental compliance, these gases need to be treated before discharge.
We provide a treatment system that first removes larger particles and moisture through spray scrubbing and mist separation. The treated air then enters the main purification unit. The remaining harmful gases in the air are then broken down using oxidation and plasma technologies. The goal is to meet emission standards before release.

Our factory has over 30 sets of CNC lathes in the production of plastic processing equipment, such as feeding sawing machine, CNC gantry machining center, CNC screw milling machine, CNC deep-hole boring machine, and cylindrical grinder. Meanwhile, with the adoption of more technologies into plastic recycling, CAD/CAM continues to grow in importance. Thus during the whole manufacturing process, our experienced engineers and technicians utilize CAD/CAM engineering approaches to optimize the entire operation. This allows us to supply high quality plastic machinery with optimal performance.
