Plastic Bag Production Line
A plastic bag making machine is used to turn film rolls into finished bags. Our plastic bag production line can handle unwinding the film, sealing it, cutting it to the required sizes, punching holes if needed, counting the pieces, and stacking them automatically.
It can process PE, PP, PLA and similar film materials and is widely used in various industries such as food packaging, retail, medical, and industrial applications. In a film processing workshop, this is usually the stage that follows blown film production.
Plastic pellets such as PE or PP are first melted and formed into film through a blown film line. Once the film is cooled and wound into rolls, it is fed into the bag making machine. The film is then cut according to the required dimensions. Heat sealing bars create strong seams, and additional steps, such as hole punching or side sealing can be completed in the same cycle. Finished bags are counted and stacked automatically, ready for packing and shipment. The line is able to operate continuously and efficiently for long production cycles while maintaining a uniform bag production with minimized manual intervention.

- Fully automatic lines have higher production efficiency in comparison to manual or semi-automatic production and can produce thousands of bags per hour.
- Equipped with PLC control and a user-friendly interface, the bag making machine maintains stable sealing temperature, cutting length, and operating speed for consistent product quality.
- Material feeding, sealing, cutting, counting, and stacking are completed automatically that reduces labor requirements significantly.
- Parameters can be adjusted quickly to produce different bag types and sizes, allowing manufacturers to respond to changing order requirements.
