  • The integrated vacuum loader automatically transfers mixed or dried plastic pellets into the extruder hopper of a blown film machine. Through vacuum suction and screw conveying mechanisms, plastic pellets or powder materials are delivered directly into the main machine hopper instead of manual feeding. It can be configured together with a dryer for moisture removal. With PLC control and level sensors, the system operates on an automatic cycle that starts when material is low and stops when the hopper is full. This smart system improves overall efficiency, stabilizes production, and reduces labor costs.

    The conveying capacity and suction height listed in the specifications are based on testing with ABS material. Actual performance may vary depending on factors such as material density, particle shape, conveying distance and height, pipeline layout, and operating settings.

    When conveying hot materials, the loader must be equipped with a high-temperature resistant conveying hose rated up to 200°C.
