Vertical Plastic Granule Mixer
The plastic mixer is widely used in plastic processing workshops for material blending, color mixing, and pre-treatment. It is suitable for mixing and color compounding of granular or flake materials such as PP, PE, ABS, and PC.
The heated plastic mixer is equipped with a built-in heating and drying system that removes moisture from the material during mixing. It is especially suitable for recycled pellets and flakes with higher moisture content, helping improve melting uniformity and processing stability in subsequent production.

Notes:
Capacity is calculated based on virgin plastic pellets. When processing flake materials, the effective capacity may be slightly lower due to their larger volume.
The specifications apply to both the standard mixer and the heated drying mixer. The standard model does not include heating power.
- Fast and even mixing performance; materials can be blended uniformly within about 30 minutes.
- Equipped with automatic timer control and overload protection; the heating model also features precise temperature control for drying and mixing.
- Compact footprint with large capacity, low power consumption, and reduced labor demand.
- Easy to operate and simple to maintain.
