Hydraulic Double Plate Screen Changer
The hydraulic double plate screen changer is installed on pelletizing extruders for continuous melt filtration. It uses two symmetrically arranged filter plates that work alternately. While one plate is being changed, the other remains in operation. So the screen can be replaced without stopping the line and interrupting the production. This type of screen changer is suitable for melt filtration in various plastic pelletizing processes. The pellet consistency and overall product quality is improved considerably as the impurities from the melt are removed efficiently.

Features
- A venting structure reduces melt fluctuation in the flow channel during screen replacement. Material flow remains steady, without strand breakage or material overflow.
- Multiple heating rods are installed inside the unit, allowing the filter to maintain fast and even heating.
- A pressure sensor can be added to monitor die-head pressure in real time, supporting stable operation during filtration.
