Hydraulic Slide Plate Screen Changer
The hydraulic slide plate screen changer features a solid main body with a sliding plate inside. Multiple screen positions that are arranged within the unit allows one screen to remain in operation while the other stays on standby. By switching between the two, filtration continues without stopping extrusion This screen changer is widely used for variety of materials, including PP, PE, PS, and ABS, as well as certain engineering plastics and rubber compounds. It is commonly used in extrusion and pelletizing lines where stable melt filtration is required.
